Our Aprilia engine is up and running!
We saw many excellent proposals at the 2016 Design Review. It looks like a promising year ahead.
A few teams from around NSW gathered to bring in the new FSAE year at Sydney Motorsport Park. It was great to be joined by UTS, Newcastle University and University of Wollongong as we took the cars for a spin around the track.
Thanks to UTS Motorsport and Sydney Motorsport Park for organising/use of facilities!
After many long nights of design and engineering, we've made it to the 2014 National FSAE-A competition! We all made the trip down to Werribee (a new location this year) for a good few days of scrutineering, business presentations and setting new track times.
It was also great to see all the teams from Australia and a few from abroad out on the track and sharing design concepts and ideas.
We placed 9th overall of 22 teams in the IC category. No major mechanical or electrical failures were reported over the event which is something we are very proud of!
Big thanks to our sponsors and families that helped us get to this point!
Heres to an even bigger and better 2015! Stay tuned for updates!
After many months of planning, building and testing, we celebrate as a team with family, friends, university staff and our sponsors.
Join us as we take the covers off our 2014 car on the 28th of November, 2014 in the Mechanical Engineering Building, University of Sydney. Food and various drinks provided.
We invite you to sit back and reflect on the amazing journey we have all undertaken over the past year as we approach the 2014 competition.

Despite the wet and windy weather, Sydney Motorsport put their cars on display to 10000+ people who attended Sydney Uni Open Day.
It was a successful day with workshop tours and the chance for prospective students and members of the public to get behind the wheel of a working FSAE race car.

The 2014 Thesis and Design members outlined their goals for the year at our latest presentation night earlier in April. Thank you to the other universities that attended for your valuable insights into design and construction.
This was a valuable opportunity for our larger team to collate and express ideas while demonstrating their hard work and countless hours spent pondering over designs.
